The Midwest's Largest and Most Authentic Cajun & Zydeco Event!    

The 2011 Edition of Taste Louisiana Cajun & Zydeco Festival, a.k.a "Cajun Fest" brings five of the most famous and exciting  Louisiana bands to Amana, Iowa for two festive days of toe-tapping music, hearty food, cold brew, renewed friendships and dance 'til you drop fun.

We look for bands that bring smiles to our fans and think this year's lineup just might make your cheeks sore! We are pleased to present the zany and talented young Pine Leaf Boys along with the legend himself...the man and the band most requested over the years, Hadley J. Castille & the Sharecroppers Cajun Band joined by the very talented young chip-off-her-grandfather's block, Miss Sarah Jayde Williams. 

If you crave Zydeco, Mr. LeRoy Thomas & the Zydeco Roadrunners will get you all wound up while Nathan and the Zydeco Cha Chas are back to bring the house completely party-down!

Rounding out the lineup are Donnie and the Pool-doos, a band that just doesn't fit a category unless you have one titled "Rockin' CZ Festival Fun." Hope to see you there!

Thank you very much for your interest in Taste Louisiana Cajun & Zydeco Festival.   Regretfully, we will not be producing the fesitval in 2012. 

We love our bands, our fans, our chefs, our staff and everyone else that makes the festival so much fun.  Hopefully, as the economy continues to improve, we will be able to host the event again.
