Our Chefs are imported from Baton Rouge so you'll get real Cajun food cooked the way they do it in the bayous and parishes of South Louisiana.  It's savory & spicy, yet not too spicy.  The gumbo has that smoky good flavor that only a well-browned roux can produce.  Are you the adventuresome type?  Try some fried alligator; you'll like it!  Tastes like chicken!

For those that prefer a burger, don't worry, there are hamburgers, hot dogs, nachos, cotton candy and all those other delicious things you expect at a festival.
